Cancellation Policy
- Due to the nature of booking professional services, I have a strict no refunds policy once an appointment is booked and confirmed. - No refunds will be provided for cancelled appointments under any circumstance, including no-shows. - Appointments may be rescheduled at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time. - If you arrive 15 minutes or more late to a scheduled appointment, it will be considered a cancellation and no refund will be provided. The appointment will not be rescheduled. - No exceptions will be made to the no refunds policy for cancelled or missed appointments. I appreciate your understanding.
